He is also a Venture Partner at seed investment firm Social Starts. Prior to VidCon, Jim was the CEO of Revision3, where he helped drive a 20x increase in viewers and a 12x increase in revenue. He eventually sold Revision3 to Discovery Communications where he worked as General Manager and transformed the group into Discovery Digital Networks.
